I'm Diva Fathan Margono, better known as just Fathan. I'm a software engineer based in Jakarta, Indonesia who loves building things that live on the internet. My interest in web development started back when I decided to try editing custom Tumblr themes — turns out hacking together HTML & CSS is pretty fun!
When I'm not at the computer, you can find me:
- 🏋️ Lifting weights at the gym
- 🎮 Gaming (currently obsessed with Where Winds Meet and Ghost of Yotei)
- 🏀 Playing basketball with friends
Current Focus
I'm currently diving deep into Rust. I've been fascinated by its performance and safety guarantees, and my goal is to build cross-platform desktop applications using Tauri.
Learning Journey: Rust
I believe in building in public and tracking progress. Here's a snapshot of my Rust journey so far:

- Mar 2024: Wrestling with the Borrow Checker and Understanding Ownership.
